How I Help

A pendulum is a small weight on a chain or cord. When you hold it still and focus on a question, tiny movements you aren’t consciously making cause it to swing, giving you a visible signal from the part of your mind that sits below everyday thinking. In a session, I show you how to hold and use the pendulum, we find your own “yes” and “no” responses, and then we use it to explore the questions that matter to you. The pendulum doesn’t make decisions for you. It helps you slow down and notice what you already sense. Pendulum work can be done on its own, or alongside hypnosis and NLP coaching.

Here are the questions people ask most before getting started.

Please note

Individual results vary.

What is pendulum work?

It’s a simple technique where you hold a pendulum and focus on a question while it responds with small movements. Many people find it a calming way to tune in to their subconscious mind and their own sense of what feels right.

No. I’ll provide a pendulum and show you exactly how to use it. Most people pick it up within a few minutes, and you can keep practising at home afterwards.

It depends on your goals. Some people are happy with a single session to learn the technique; others include pendulum work as part of a [3–4] session program. We’ll agree on a plan in your free discovery chat.
