Hypnosis + coaching
How I Help
Most diets focus on what you eat. Hypnosis and coaching focus on why you eat. Together we uncover the triggers and habits behind your eating. Then we use hypnosis to reinforce new, healthier patterns at a subconscious level, while NLP and coaching give you practical strategies for everyday life.

Common Questions
Here are the questions people ask most before getting started.
Please note
Hypnosis and coaching are complementary approaches and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Individual results vary.
Is this a diet?
No. There are no meal plans or foods to ban. We focus on your mindset and habits. For nutrition advice, I recommend working with a dietitian alongside our sessions.
How much weight will I lose?
Everyone is different, and I don’t promise a number. The goal is sustainable change in how you think, feel and behave around food.
Should I see my GP first?
If you have a medical condition or are planning major changes to your diet or exercise, it’s a good idea to check in with your GP.
